J10 Platform Terms & Conditions

Please read this document carefully before using j10's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all j10 platform users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the j10 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the j10 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

The j10 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in a jurisdiction where the use of this platform is legally permitted. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

To access the full range of j10 services, you need to register and create a personal account. Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. j10 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately. j10 is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

J10 users are responsible for ensuring that all activity on their account complies with these terms and applicable Malaysian law. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j10 platform:

  • Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to exploit the platform's systems.
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt any systems, servers, or networks associated with j10.
  • Conducting financial transactions for the purpose of money laundering.
  • Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that violates the stated conditions.
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.

Any breach of these rules may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed without prior notice, and j10 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity.

Payment and Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the j10 platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bets — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). j10 supports a range of local payment methods, including FPX (Malaysia online banking) and approved digital wallets.

Deposit

Successful deposits are credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. j10 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are subject to change from time to time.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name. j10 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that are complete and meet all requirements will be processed within the stipulated timeframe. No hidden fees are charged for standard withdrawals, though minimum withdrawal conditions may apply.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

J10 Limitation of Liability

J10 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or processing delays beyond our reasonable control. In any circumstance, j10's liability is limited to the amount actually deposited by the user within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the j10 platform are the exclusive property of j10 or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or exploit any platform content without prior written permission from j10.

Third-Party Links

The j10 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. j10 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third-party websites or services and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your interaction with them.

Account Suspension and Closure

J10 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a terms violation, fraud, illegal activity, or any conduct detrimental to the platform or other users. Where an account is legitimately closed due to a breach, j10 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity. For voluntary account closures initiated by the user, any valid balance will be returned subject to satisfactory identity verification.

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

J10 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any published changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the j10 platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
